09:00–10:00 | Release & Mobility
A gentle morning class designed to release stiffness, improve mobility, awaken the joints, and prepare the body for the day.
10:30–11:30 | Private Sessions
Reserved for 1:1 or private duo sessions by appointment, offering personalised guidance, posture correction, Pilates, strength, and mobility training.
18:00–18:45 | Aegean Strength Circuit
A dynamic full-body workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, resistance bands, battle ropes, stability balls, and Pilates-inspired core work to build strength, tone, and energy.
19:00–19:30 | Sunset Slow Down
A calming stretch and mobility session designed to release tension, restore balance, and prepare guests for a relaxed evening.
Sessions are led by Alexandra Papavramidi, a London-trained instructor with over a decade of experience, whose approach combines precision, flow, and deep body awareness through restorative and strengthening movement practices suitable for all levels.
Every Friday from 09:00 to 10:00, guests are invited to join a dedicated Yoga Flow session, focusing on breathwork, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
