Nosti takes its name from the Greek word “νόστιμο” (nostimo), meaning delicious, and from the island of Tinos, where our love for honest, shared food by the sea began.
Inspired by the Greek tavern, Nosti offers a relaxed, sunlit dining experience rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and sharing. Every dish is made à la minute and served at the center of the table.
Our menu changes daily with the rhythm of the sea and the freshest local ingredients — from crispy calamari and sea bass carpaccio to grilled octopus and shrimp saganaki.
At Nosti, we let the ingredients speak, the setting slow things down, and the table bring people together.
The beach bar operates daily from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, while food service for beach loungers is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Lunch is served from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Kindly note that separate menus are available for the restaurant and the beach loungers.
Our chef, Stamatis Marmarinos, is an award-winning culinary talent with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and some of the finest luxury resorts. His cooking is rooted in Greek tradition and seasonal ingredients, combining refined technique with artistic presentation.
